The 37mm diameter solid three-body case and the distinctive octagonal bezel features flawless round brilliant diamonds with 8 hexagonal screws. It has a screwed-down winding crown, and the intricately engraved limited editoin case back is secured with 8 gold screws and has the Audemars Piguet Boutique in Relief.

The dial is absolutely mesmerizing is Black Méga Tapisserie "Clous de Paris" Dial with Diamond Hour Markers and Mother-of-Pearl Subdials. The subsidiary dials feature Arabic numerals and markers, and black indicator hands, including a small constant running seconds register at the 6 o'clock position, a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 9 o'clock, and a 30-minute chronograph counter at 3 o'clock. The aperture window for the date is between 4 and 5 o'clock.

This Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Lady Offshore 'La Boutique' Diamond Limited Edition has a mechanical automatic self-winding Audemars Piguet caliber 2385 movement. It's rhodium plated, with oeil de perdrix decoration, and it's constructed with 37 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
