Pas de communication particulière, juste une regrettable erreur de dénomination dans le titre et la présentation, laissant entendre Que la montre serait un modèle muni d’Un calibre Royal or non c’est un Seiko. D’autant qu’ils annoncent une valeur de 2200 euros. Le modèle vendu vaut entre 800 et 900 euros Neuf… Regrettable donc.

The watch sold went on for about 1 hour a day, so it was defective. Apparently watches are sold without prior checking. They offered to repair the watch, but I had to pay for the return shipping myself. Bad service. I then returned the watch.

You bought a € 250,- watch and expect a € 2250,- quality movement. We tested the watch, it run 4 second to fast, a 24 hours... All watches we sell are tested true, 35 different points. Not a realistic feedback.

Il funzionamento dell'orologio NON è stato controllato prima della consegna, pertanto non funzionava correttamente. Il venditore mi ha proposto di rimandargli l'orologio (dall'Olanda a Milano/da Milano all'Olanda/dall'Olanda a Milano), invece ho scelto di portarlo alla Eberhard di Milano per la revisione, a mie spese. Fra due mesi, quando me lo restituiranno, sarà anche completo di garanzia. Garanzia Eberhard!

le foto non evidenziano che l'oro del bracciale e' wuasi comlletamente scomparso suppongo per usura .Si sarebbe dovuto menzionare chiaramente nella descrizione questo punto importanate .Le foto sono ben eseguite per non mettere in evidenza la scomparsa della doratura del bracciale .Tutto sommato una fregatura .

trattasi del mio primo acquisto su chrono24, purtroppo l'immagine della foto sul sito non era corrispondente all'orologio ricevuto però il fornitore è stato molto corretto nelle comunicazioni e nella pratica di reso pertanto lo consiglierei per la correttezza, gentilezza e professionalità dimostrata nel post vendita.

I still don't get how people are allowed to leave feedback, after a watch and even the shipping cost is returned. So this customer leaves feedback on an unfair base, I personally think this woman can better buy in the store. To buy a watch form the 1990s, and expect it to be form 2018. I hope Chrono24 will have a look in to this, before pulish this unfair unwantted command.

Die Uhr wurde mit Zustand „1 (mint) condition“ angeboten. Unter „mint“ verstehe ich „wie neu ohne nennenswerte Gebrauchsspuren“! Zudem war die Box schmutzig und das Uhrenkissen zerrissen!

Es handelt sich nach mind. 20 Käufen von hochwertigen und hochpreisigen Uhren im Internet in den letzten Jahren um den ersten Fall, in dem ich mit dem Verkäufer / Händler schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe: Die Uhr wurde zwar zügig geliefert, war aber defekt und ließ sich nicht zum Laufen bringen. Auf meine Reklamation hin hin habe ich die Uhr zurückgeschickt und anschließend 3 Monate Geduld bewiesen, um den Händler Gelegenheit zu geben, die mehrfach zugesagte Reparatur durchzuführen, habe außer Vertröstunge aber keine Antworten mehr bekommen und erst recht die Uhr nicht erhalten. Ich hoffe auf Kaufpreiserstattung über Chrono 24 und habe jüngst entdeckt, dass der Händler die Uhr erneut anbietet mit Preiaufschlag von fast 50 % gegenüber dem mit mir vereinbarten Betrag. Ich erwäge, eine Schadenersatzklage wegen Nichterfüllung zu erheben.
